Artessa proudly works with all who meet their rental qualification criteria. Our residents are asked to make a pre-tax income equal to or exceeding 2.5 times the base rental amount per month, satisfactory credit, positive rental history, and a satisfactory criminal history report. For instance, if the home you are interested in is renting for $2,000/month, you must earn at least $5,000 per month, or $60,000 per year, of verifiable pre-tax income.
If you don’t qualify due to income, you have the option of adding a guarantor.

Upon moving in, you will be greeted by our leasing and maintenance staff who can answer any questions or concerns and walk you through the process.
The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of applicable taxes/fees nor utility costs.
We love pets at Artessa! We welcome your furry friends – cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is $375 one-time non-refundable pet fee and a pet rent of $35 per month for one pet, and $50 a month for two. We also have a dog park on-site.
You can pay rent in whichever method is most convenient for you. As a resident, you will have access to an online resident portal where you can schedule one-time payment or enroll in automatic payments. Otherwise, you can stop by the leasing office during our business hours and drop off a cashier’s check.
We have uncovered first-come-first-serve parking available for residents and their guests. We also offer reserved covered carports at no additional cost, limit one per apartment home.
Artessa offers a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a fully equipped business center for residents to enjoy. We invite you to experience elevated living and discover the comfort and luxury that await you at your new home at Artessa.
Every residence at Artessa comes equipped with a full-sized, in-unit washer and dryer.
Artessa does not offer EV Charging onsite but is located near multiple charging stations.

No, we do not accept any housing vouchers at this time.
Our leasing office is open to the public for in-person tours Monday through Friday from 9 am- 6 pm, and Saturday from 10am - 4pm. We look forward to your visit!
Artessa offers direct access to the Skunk Creek Trail, an 8.2-mile path that extends to Rio Vista Community Park. The trail is suitable for biking, walking, inline skating, and is wheelchair accessible. Additionally, Artessa provides bicycles for residents to enjoy the trail and surrounding area.
Artessa addresses all emergency maintenance requests with same-day service. Non-emergency requests are typically resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
